I gave "Evelle" an inadvertant attitude adjustment. I ran over him. In my defense, it was late, I was leaving my brother's wedding and had to trade to get my car back. I asked one of the groomsmen to put my bag 'in the back' of my car. Somehow, he interpreted that as 'behind'. I pulverized a Motorola Q9c, a pair of nice sunglasses...and that schizophrenic Nano. I'm keeping up the appearance of mourning him until I can justify the cost of purchasing an iPod Touch. Sounds like your Nano suffers from the same problem I encountered with mine.
